Lots of proof they are going to have to show that Monsta "stole" their design.
Patent 109 mentions zero about a FIB technology, however Wilson is stating that in 2009 they owned the patent for this yet I see no bat they manufactured with that technology.
Outside looking in, but not seeing a slam dunk case for Wilson.
It really sucks when a company is not doing too well in a market (ASA/USA) and tries to find a way to punish another manufacturer due to their success.
This is going to end badly for Wilson, their reputation is going to get hammered on this.
