I will also say that there are a few of us that would rather let the players dictate the game and our leash can be rather long. I have always been of the mindset that if it isnt personally directed at me then I tend to let it go, except for Andy in Vegas. I set the precedent earlier in the game and Andy paid the price. The perception that we dont eject name players is silly to me. Last year that list included Andy twice, Junior, Santana, Branch, Williams, Reyna, Payne, Flip, Haglund and I am sure I am missing some.
We also dont hear everything single thing that is said especially from dugouts. John Williams lit me up in Dallas for not ejecting someone when he heard them say it. I took it personal and popped off because its frustrating to everyone and that was my bad.
Players are going to have to understand that this may vary slightly from field to field and the best way to ensure you dont get ejected is just not to say F and GD.
