It is my sad duty to inform anyone connecting to this page that my good friend James H Baker passed away the day after Thanksgiving 2005. He was returning to Chico, CA after spending Thanksgiving with friends in Porterville, CA. He apparently stop for rest along the side of I5 and never awakend. The CA Highway Patrol found his body some time Saturday. He was a tough, agressive defender of the truth and he will be missed.
