If you're still having probs to go to that *$§%&##* chat, you simply set your "Landeseinstellungen" to USA and/or use an American proxy server. Good luck! The direct link to msn celebrities chat doesn't work when you're in Germany. In 2003 they closed msn chat for German internet user.
Whenever msn notice you're from Germany they put 'de.' at the beginning of every url. (Example http://de.groups.msn.com) You need to delete this 'de.' and re-enter, otherwise you won't be able to go to that bloody chat. ;)
