Long time no talk Rainer! I hope everything is going well over there. Things are good with me and the wife and I am currently pursuing my musical interests. I posted this over at RWO but I wanted to make sure you heard it.
I was doing Karaoke at a bar last week (an empty one at 1 am no less) and had a request. Never done Comfortably Numb before but I think I did alright. I was rehearsing for a contest and my voice was actually starting to go a bit from a cold, it was worse a few days later and I blew the contest after initially qualifying second.
The file is 1.8 MB's and only the second half of the song with the solo chopped. The reason is I recorded it with my Archos MP3 player just sitting on a table, and there's someone "singing along" on the first part of the song. You can hear her a bit still and she lets out a wallop before the solo fades.
Opinions are welcomed and encouraged!
