Holy smokes, where do I begin?…
While we didn’t have the yellow board for the first 20 to 25 years of my career, I did have a lot of colleagues, mentors, and old sage advisers, who are all too willing to pick up the telephone any, called and give me help and advice. I am so thankful for guys like Ralph Smith, Bill Woods, Keith Bearden, Sam Robertson, and the list goes on and on and on.
The last 10 years or so of my career, the yellow board was in full swing it was a constant source of resources, entertainment, and it times, frustration. I am very thankful for Steven all the hard work he puts in on this board, as well as for all of the posters to keep this board alive, and an interesting place to visit.
More than anything, I am thankful for my family, and whatever powers you choose to believe in (I know where I turn for my faith) for keeping me here on this earth. I’ve had some significant health struggles over the past several years, and I am truly blessed to still be here. I think God daily for this.
God bless all of the members of this profession… It’s the greatest profession in the world.
During the week of Thanksgiving, very few people will be watching the Yellowboard. They will be off with family, which is a good thing.
I would like to take a minute and Thank all of the people, including Steve, that have been a part of this chat board.
I am especially thankful for the advice people gave on song ideas for our Christmas and Spring Concerts. My audience has really appreciated your advice. Thank you.
Any one else want to post a THANKSGIVING?
