We went in 2016 with DCINY. As far as bang for buck we had 35 minutes of performance time, playbills, my awful mug on a poster outside, and were able to have a very memorable performance. We were on a shared concert night with the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony and a choir from Memphis. They also scheduled a reception afterwards and could have done all of our New York arrangements, but I went with Group Travel Consultants for that (John there is awesome by the way and does New York amazing!) |
Not going to lie though, the Carnegie portion is about $50k. They have a per kid payment, but when we dropped below numbers I asked for a bottom line there. You also will want to rent percussion and maybe tubas depending on your situation there. It's about another $7k we spent if I remember correctly.
