Not Charms related, but.... |
I'm sure your school probably uses TxEIS, the software that many schools use to track budgets, accounts, etc.. I asked and received login information to be able to view not only all of my budget lines, but my activity account, too.
I can now go in and see only my accounts, which allows me to see what checks have been written to cover repairs, pay contracted help, food for kids, and how much the guard made on their car wash.
Until this Charms issue gets resolved, that may be an avenue you can search.
So I'm a one man show and not really given authority over my budget money. I have an activity fund (students pay a program cost of $50) and the financial clerk will say, "just send me an email and I'll tell you what you have in the account." I would rather not have to ask, and I would also like to make sure the the income matches what they are telling me. So Charms, I thought. I entered my school budget with what was there to begin the year (less than $100 bucks), and I THOUGHT I set up my activity fund so that when I enter payments on Charms it would post to that account (not really of course, but just so I would see the balance reflect it). After dozens of fixed payments (and I selected post to Activity Fund), the budget still shows... less than $100. What gives? How do I get Charms to show me how much money is coming in vs. going out?
