On that topic, anybody have an idea what it means when a job status goes from UNTIL FILLED vs PENDING? Is somebody already lined up...
Your feelings are more than justified. That being said, there really isn't much you can do with a "no response". My take; I'd rather work in a district that recognizes the value of communication. You deserve better.
Something that really gets on my nerves. You apply for a job - send them the application & the resume. Set up a time-go interview, do the whole song and dance. Then you have to hear thru the grapevine that they hired someone else. It wouldn't hurt a school to call you, email you, or send a letter saying that they've decided to go with someone else.
