It's not something attached to that key. It'll be the key right next to it (between the ring and first finger, one of those two) or it'll be one of your right hand keys. Usually the spring pops off on the F# key (finger 6, or RH ring) or the E key (finger 5) and that's what causes this. When it vents before those keys, it'll play right notes. |
Look at the RH keys, not the LH keys, to find the "sprung" spring.
