I did years ago when I simply took the district's forms and scanned them as pdf documents and then used Acrobat Pro to create form fields in them and simply kept copies on my hard drive for use/printing. I also did this for the last school district I worked in before retiring. |
I actually still have copies of most of them if you want to have any of them or to simply take a look at them. E-mail me off list and I'll be glad to upload them to my Google Drive and I'll create a link to the folder they're in I can e-mail to you. You'll be able to download any of them that you'd like to have. I'm glad to share these with anyone else who might find any of them of use.
