Well, I feel you. After retiring from the Marines, I spent more time at the school during the summer than the principal or AD. I likely have ADHD because I cannot sit still for any length of time. My day starts at 4:35 with my coffee and devotional time. 5:00 is workout for an hour to an hour and half. Shower, shave, breakfast and at the office by 7:30. I hit the door at 4 p.m. unless there's something that has to be done. At 62, I feel that I'm in pretty decent shape and I manage my exposure to the sun and heat. However, my wife and I are expecting our first grandchild in August and I'm going to be mindful of my time off. The job will take time and I'm not going to give it anymore than it needs.
