In general, Grover makes an outstanding tambourine as well as an outstanding triangle. You won't go wrong here.
For me, I like the Black Swamp bronze/silver double jingle tambourine, however, as it's not too bright, not too dark, but makes a good "middle" tambourine sound. You'll pay for it though.
Alan Abel triangles (6") for me are what all triangles should sound like in a school band setting. Flexibility of sound and consistent.
You also need to get a set of quality, QUALITY beaters. I like the Stoessel beaters, and you can usually pick them up at TMEA at the percussion vendors for pretty cheap, or you can order them one at a time. Each beater is about $12, and you need a light, medium, medium heavy, and heavy. If you buy a set of beaters (like the Grover set) you may get a fancy case to carry them in too.
Finger cymbals - you want a nice pair of medium to heavy (medium to thick) AND a pair of medium that you can mount on a pair of dowel rods to use as "crotales" in a pinch. Ziljdian or Sabian. Although for your mounted pair the TreeWorks set is fine too.
Sleigh bells - LP CP374 has always been my go-to set. Other companies make a set that looks pretty much the same, but I can't speak to them, having never bought them.
