I have to submit a quote or estimate just to sneeze. Of the two music stores that service our area, one didn't even bother showing up this year, and the other keeps sending stuff already invoiced after I've asked for quotes and estimates. I've started using WWBW out of necessity for supplies. Repairs, well, I'm still up a tree on that one. My problem is compounded by the fact that our district participates in a vendor consortium, and purchasing anything outside of that is like Frodo's journey to destroy the one ring for all the hoops and red tape it takes to get approved.
