Except the HR person canít make that decision. An HR person isnít allowed to communicate job status, thatís outside their job description. Legally they cannot send that email until the job has been officially filled (board meeting contract signed etc) and at that point itís the job of the campus principal not of an HR clerk. Again, this isnít going to change. Most of this issue is because of lawyers and practicality.
