I have a recording set up with 2 mics at the front of the room on boom stands. At the end of rehearsal I pull the recording from the SD card and put it on a flash drive, (that drive is dedicated to rehearsal and concert recordings). My car has a USB connection so I plug it in and boom. The nice thing about keeping it on this flash drive is I can go back and listen to past rehearsals or past performances for those moments of crippling doubt. I can go a Month from last year's UIL and compare it to this year a month out etc. Simple, small device that doesn't rely on internet connection or limited space on a phone.
And when I'm in my "every year is better than the past" I can listen back and reality check myself to get my butt in gear.
: Hello everyone,
: Wanted to pick the collectives brain. I love
