The best thing to do is write down the student name on the back of every ticket with a sharpie marker. Then you take a pic of 16 cards in a 4X4 square with your phone. Do this as many times as needed to get everyone's ticket named and photographed. Then up load those pics to a Google drive type service. If a kid (or chap -- or you) loose the ticket, then you have a pic and a name for every last ticket for your group. You can zoom in and see the specifics of the ticket. I had to do this last year for a freshman tuba player.
