Getting enough sleep is huge.
Going to an ENT can help a lot.
Also be wary if you have moderate to bad allergies. Allergies mess with your immune system and you can be more susceptible to getting sick during allergy season.
Drink plenty of water.
Take time to relax. Living off of adrenaline and caffeine is a great way to get sick.
When it comes to colds and sinuses, have you tried a nettipot or a netti squirt bottle? It helps clear me out when I feel a cold coming on. You do feel like you are drowning temporarily, but you get used to it. It also helps with allergies as well. It kind of forces gunk out of your sinuses and gives you a clean slate.
