I have recently had 2 sleep studies where I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep hypopnea (not as bad as sleep apnea, but bad enough). Waking up with a headache, always sleepy during the day, body all messed up inside (digestive system all wacky), feeling exhausted most of the time...these all are symptoms of this condition. I'm not ashamed to admit I'm a snorer....apparently pretty bad when my wife lets me know. I've just been hard-headed enough to not get it checked out until I have actually seen it's effects in my career.
If you tend to have any of these symptoms, you may want to get a referral to a pulmonologist. You may have a problem that you are unaware of (especially if you are single and live alone).
CPAP to the rescue!!! I patiently await mine to arrive. Good luck!
