If this is a sinus issue you've been having since August, then you need to see an ENT doctor if you are able to do so. When I was younger, I had sinus infections & ear infections several times a year. My doctor referred me to an ENT specialist, and he discovered that I had a deviated septum that was blocking some of my sinuses causing them to drain poorly. Having my nose broken a couple of times while on the HS wrestling team probably didn't help matters. Anyway, the ENT doctor reset my septum, and I haven't had any sinus or ear infections since...going on 15 years. Since you are student teaching, check to see if you are still on your parent's insurance (you probably are). Otherwise, you may have to wait until you're working full time to do this.
