While you are correct about the "co-curricluar" term, you are wrong in stating that UIL contest are "curricular". Any event that requires academic eligibility to participate is considered "extra-curruicular" as it is not required. Football games, contests, and off campus performances fall into this category. Concerts, on the other hand, are "curricular". Also, as you stated there is no "co-curriclar moniker anymore. That means that all of the stuff you mentioned is "extra-curricular". However, not being governed by UIL and not "officially" part of the school, some of those things (peewee football, little dribblers/little diggers, club cheer, and those community sponsored music programs) don't really fall under the "extra-curricular" umbrella either since eligibility is up to those individual organizations. I left 4H out of that list because this is usually school sponsored and students must be eligible to "show".
