We did repairs on-site. Turnaround was very quick. Veritas paid us back for repairs to their horns.
Like what was said below, I worked hard to get quality horns and mouthpieces. Veritas was willing to work with us on that.
It all depends on the local shop. If they're just running the program the way Veritas does it everywhere else, it's not up to Texas standards.
And FWIW, even if the local shop is using Veritas, a big chunk of the rental money stays at the local store as a commission. Veritas provides the instruments and manages the overhead of the rental program. The store is still providing the service.
