There should only be one division and it should be unlimited. If it isn't broke, you don't fix it. There were plenty of teams in the lower that could have competed. The Amvets won the lower last year and stepped up and beat a stacked Mickey Blevins team. You can't tell me some of these other teams couldn't have competed.
