As with everything, it'll never be perfect because as long as people want to cheat, lie or whatever to win a tournament, you can't police it all. No matter the level of enforcement, there will always be whiners. It's just where we are today. Eastman Rec/Kingsport Rec always run good tournaments. Have fun and play hard. One day you won't be able to.
