Greeneville no longer has one. Not enough interest, too many guys trying to play baseball and softball, conflicting schedules, etc. Good luck though. Keep in mind, you would probably have to furnish the equipment, our league struggled cause teams didn't have sponsors and didn't want to dish out money for catcher's gear, bats, helmets, etc.
