We have worked it out so that we have up to 3 fields available at Lost Mountain as well as up to 5 at Al Bishop for our $3000 Shootout next Sat 9/19.
We can now open up this tournament to as many as 32 teams, spread the word.

PSA $3000 Shootout Worlds Warm Up
When: September 19th 2009
Where: Al Bishop Park (1082 Al Bishop Dr SW Marietta, GA 30353)
Cost: $300

Prizes: Based on 12 Teams in Upper Division and 12 Teams in Lower Division (24 teams total)
$3000+ in cash and prizes
Upper Division (MVP Trophy Awarded)
1st Place: $1000 Cash, 12 PSA Beanies, 12 PSA 1st place Shirts, and Trophy
2nd Place: $200 Cash and $100 credit on next PSA tournament
Lower Division (MVP Trophy Awarded)
1st Place: $1000 Cash, 12 PSA Beanies, 12 PSA 1st place Shirts, and Trophy
2nd Place: $200 Cash and $100 credit on next PSA tournament
Set Up: This Tournament will be the first with our Classification system. There will be and upper division and a lower division tournament. There will be Pool Play with a 4 Game Guarantee. Teams will be put into 4 Team pools and play each other once, then they will be seeded into a single elimination tournament. B and C are Upper Division and D and E are Lower Division.
*Note Pools will be made up so that D and E teams dont play B and C teams.
HR rules and run spots are as follows:
D/E - D hits 1 HR and spots 4 - E hits none
B/C - B spots 5 and 1 up HR's
Upper Class is B and C
B class is equal to C and above
C class is equal to D1/Upper D
Lower Class is D and E
D class is equal to Drec/LD
E class is equal to E
****Upper class players by approval from PSA only****
Pools will be picked out of a hat and broadcasted on www.mygasoftball.com in the forum section to show that everything is fair. Brackets will also be posted online in the same area.
