Jim Plumley in Buchanan, Virginia has a HUGE stallion. A dark bay 17.3 hands for stud. His website is down, www.plumleyranch.com but he is open for business. He bred my arabian stallion for me and you could not get a more knowledgable horseman. His number is 540-253-3343. I think the breeding fee is under $1000 but I am not sure.
