All them delays, and then failing to release the book at the height of Jessica's resurgence, then delaying it more, then the motion comic.
How sad that the book that everyone thought would be a long-lasting major Marvel superheroine solo book imploded thanks to Marvel itself...
: Spider-Woman is a lesson in how to mess up the
: launch and life of a book: Get a great
: creative team, announce the book, then have
: delay after delay after delay of the book...
: many, many, many times over....all over the
: course of 4 long years. Then release a
: motion comic based on that book a month
: before the book comes out, and then shortly
: after you release the MC, post it on HULU so
: people can see it for free!!! Now sit back
: and watch the book flop. Duh.
: This book must have the weirdest kind of
: first: A book that is marketed for 4 years,
: and only last 7 months.
