Okay, Ghost first attacked her and with his invisible state and got a few good punches. But once in visible form BAM,SW knocked him down. So Ghost became transparent or something (i don't remember what SW called it but when she tried to punche Ghost her fist would go write through him.) So she accessed the situatuion and made reference to Nick Fury training and kept on the venom blast so Ghost couldn't become solid to a point where Ghost couldn't function any more. Love the battle with Headsman. It was pure brawl and Headsman went down hard. So SW blew up the Thunder Bolts Ship and TB declared defeat. The black widow basically just commanded the group to attack SW.
So now you are SPOILED.

: I saw the preview, and going by what she said
: just before it ended ("when you have no
: intention of killing your opponent, don't
: let them know, cuz you are giving them a
: HUGE advantage...!") I woould presume
: she killed at least one of them (Not to
: mention all the foreshadowing- "They
: know I'm ready to kill anyone I can get my
: hands on", and Bendis saying this would
: be a violent book)
:
: Give us more specifics...did she engage in
: any hand-to-hand or was it just venom blasts
: galore?
:
: Did Yelena and Jessica fight?
:
:
: Please, give us a full report!!!!! Thanks!

: Great build up to episode 4. Great action
: scenes. The Thunderbolts didn't stand a
: chance. Poor Ghost and Headsman got their
: butts "wooped." This is classic
: Spider-Woman goodness. Again Maleeve's
: artwork was absolutely fantastic. I'm really
: inspired by his style of work. I don't think
: I can ever see Spider-Woman drawn any other
: way. And Bendis of course rocks!
