I saw the preview, and going by what she said just before it ended ("when you have no intention of killing your opponent, don't let them know, cuz you are giving them a HUGE advantage...!") I woould presume she killed at least one of them (Not to mention all the foreshadowing- "They know I'm ready to kill anyone I can get my hands on", and Bendis saying this would be a violent book)
Give us more specifics...did she engage in any hand-to-hand or was it just venom blasts galore?
Did Yelena and Jessica fight?
Please, give us a full report!!!!! Thanks! :-)

: Great build up to episode 4. Great action
: scenes. The Thunderbolts didn't stand a
: chance. Poor Ghost and Headsman got their
: butts "wooped." This is classic
: Spider-Woman goodness. Again Maleeve's
: artwork was absolutely fantastic. I'm really
: inspired by his style of work. I don't think
: I can ever see Spider-Woman drawn any other
: way. And Bendis of course rocks!
