Vernake did, as she had her "template". Jessica Drew being immune to poisons meant she could drink like a fish and not be hung over like I was the day after Halloween after drinking a 12 pack of Molson's. Nor would nicotine or the other chemicals in cigarettes harm her, so she can smoke a carton of Lucky Strikes with no coughing fits.
