I suppose it's possible the red hulk storyline is all being set pre-SI, though this issue will be published when, December? Won't SI be finished by then, seems a big story for Hulk to miss entirely.

Then again, the 'just on the cover' theory does has some weight too, especially if you go on the basis that the idea is just to suggest they're throwing everything at the Red Hulk 'including the the kitchen sink' cos that's exactly what the artist has included!

Still, faint hope is some hope, eh!
