However, Le Fay has since been used in Avengers, so perhaps, in an old school fashion, Bendis allowed Morgan to have captive (before the Skrulls could finish her off) Jessica, but I'm losing any faith in Marvel that they truly care about Jessica Drew ... except to make some extra money off a character of theirs ... espcially now that this iconic character has been a skrull for so long.
: It does seem strange looking back over 3 years
: of Avenger's action now knowing that it's
: not Jessica Drew. I did find it funny that
: the only time it was Jessica was in the
: Spider-Woman special with the short new
: story by Bendis with Jessica being
: confronted by Connelley, (also the talking
: period with Nick Fury about getting her
: powers back).
: You have Jessica's thoughts in this small
: story something you don't get ever in
: Avengers (perhaps due to being a team book
: or just the culture of comic writing today).
: Questions we all want to know are; where is
: she? Because Skrull's would have no reason
: to keep her alive, so based on that
: assumption she is trapped somewhere or has
: escaped (I bet Morgan le fay has her).
: Where ever Jessica is she will not have her
: powers back because Skrulls aren't going to
: waste time powering up a potential enemy who
: they want to imitate what’s the point!
: Connelly after Jessica asked “what do you
: want?” replied "well there’s always the
: ru...." What is the ru....? Do we know
: Morgan always wanted Jessica's body, would
: it be too much to stretch and say Morgan
: made a deal with Skrulls for Jessica's body
: after she was put under in the Hydra
: hospital? Skrulls must know where she is
: because they have been so confident about
: Spider-Woman they are not worried that
: she'll just show up so they are confident
: she will be a no show which makes me think
: she's in a different time or dimension.
: Perhaps Nick Fury has her and has powered
: her up ready for the conclusion, but with
: Bendis’ hints that it may not even be
: Jessica in the Spider-Woman costume in the
: new Spider-Woman series I doubt this
: This all makes my head hurt...but in a good
