Le Fay began in the 6th Century Arthurian era, but she obviously survived much longer then that due to unnatural and magical means. The date on Doom's Chronometer is 1221 A.D., well after the Arthurian era had passed. Perhaps this is some time pocket that Le Fay decided to set up base in? Remember that Le Fay is essentially immortal and only steel can harm her, due to her fae heritage...
