It is possible that both Bob and Joyce used a similar reference, but that is where the similarities end. For one, one picture has Spider-Woman clasping a wad of webs, while another has her holding a "Spidey" style web line. Their facial expressions are not even the same and they are engaged in different acts in both pictures.
