Yeah just wanted to say what a cool site this is. I'm 19 yrs old. Ive played in church leagues and Industrial leagues. I'm a young power hitter. Wish I had the experience and knew my zones like some of the great hitters Ive read about like Mike Macenko and Scott Virkus, some of the greats from Steeles, and the old Silver Bullets team. Dirk Androff, Mike Nye,Charles Wright,Bert Smith The four horsemen of Steeles. Great managers like Dave Neale Sr. Any one have any tips about hitting? I'm sure there are some great hitters on this site that will see this. I play the game as hard as I can,broke my nose a few times taking some hard shots, broke my collarbone running through a fence for a foul ball. But softball where I live isnt what it should be. Leagues are dying out. I'm leaving for the Marines in October so hopefully I will get to play some ball there. Thanks for a awesome site. And keep up the good posts. Hopefully one day we can bring softball back into the prominence it once was.
