You can turn off the aging under game options. I had a similar problem with my first Sim. Lifetime wish is to be the girlfriend of 10 different Sims. After breaking it off with one of them (which took forever - he must have had some wierd stalker trait , my Sim was suddenly an old lady. Re: the bikes - My Sim randomly picks the bike to ride to town on whenever I don't choose my car to go somewhere.......
