I bought the regular version. I thought about getting the collector's edition and really when I picked it up that's what I thought I pre-ordered so I don't know if it was a mistake that I didn't catch when I pre-ordered or what happened. Overall though, I'm glad I didn't get the collector's edition. If I really want or need a flash drive I'll buy one at the store.
My son doesn't seem to be as interested in this Sims as he had been with the previous two. I suspect its because there are so many more things that the sims can do so he gets overwhelmed when he sees 12 or more different actions when he'll click on something.
