Oh I love mine too! Had to buy a new video card though for my computer to play it. Then had to get another hard drive and this weekend I am going to have to get a coupel more memory chips.
Dang, I have about $250 wrapped up in this game and computer upgrades so far!
Did you get the collector's edition or just the regular game?
I preordered the collector's edition and paid for it months ago.
Yeah, my kids like it too though they haven't been interested in The Sims games much before. Now it's a fight to play it.

My first Sim family disappeared so I created another. My kids each had their own Sim families. My family disappeared so I created a second one. Then she disappeared too.
My kids families both disappeared, but both my original family and the second one reappeared.
God only knows what families will be there this morning when I start it up!
