"usually" that means you have a cow-plant on the property and he ate someone. after they die.. the owner of the property can "milk" the plant and the essence of the deceased Sim is absorbed into the drinking Sim and it also adds days to their life.

if you don't have a cow-plant... they i don't know what it would be.
