I don't know what you are seeing hun. I can't see this message you are talking about. I have seen one like it here before, but not anymore. I can see the "Sims Chat" banner at the top. Can you post a screen print of what you have? I think we got that message a long while ago when we used to have a prettty background, then the whole package changed & free sites couldn't have it. We lost the banner for a while then too, but that wa ages ago now.
