If so, you need to repair the coffee machine in the kitchen, repair the tv, borrow a certain amount of money from mom (make sure she is in a real good mood before you try this). Sorry, but at the moment that is all I can remember. Also, when you move into the place I think it is the third house, it's after you live with Landgrabb's daughter, that looks like an art museum and the clue is to "remember that some art is all about light", you need to remove one of the interior walls where the art is displayed, rearrange the art and add some windows to the wall facing the sidewalk out front.
