flashing walls usually represent custom content that has "issues".
what ever is flashing needs to be removed from your downloads folder and looked at closer. either its defective.. or you got the recolor & mesh and somehow or-another- the mesh was deleted but the recolor is still in place and flashing to alert you to the problem.
