OMG! I'm having the exact same problem, I've been all over the bb's at EA. trying to find help. Everyone is clueless. I've cleaned, defragged dusted and mopped everything, shut everything down and still no help.
After "googling" the error I found a few links about the same error in Uni last year. No one seems to have found a fix though.
Did you have any luck? I'm pulling my hair out!
