help with sims 2 open for business?!!!!

I just purchased the new sims 2 expansion pack open for business and I can not figure out how to restock the bakery items!?! I have the owner there and she makes the goodies, I put them into her inventory, but for some reason I can not restock them. Also, how do you make single servings of jello to restock the bakery??
