(2) Captain Marvel is a "human" boy who transforms into into a adult superhuman, instead of simply changing clothing like Superman and isn't always superhuman. (3) Billy was a newspaper boy and not a reporter which was probably a job that a boy his age at that time would take, then later became a radio reporter where his home city would listen, while the Daily Planet, which Clark works in, is probably sold almost everywhere in the U.S. (4) Billy mostly lives in a world of gods and magic, instead of science and aliens. (5) Billy was born on earth in a normal kind of way, instead of being sent away from a doomed planet and only became more then human when he entered the Rock of Eternity and met the Wizard. (6) Billy's powers are borrowed instead of being based on his DNA like Superman's.

(1) Captain Marvel gets his powers from 6 sources, not one like Superman which is the yellow sun, and the olympion gods and their powers, or some of them, are alot older then Superman when it comes to existance.
