: My old website, the Fawcett Universe, has had
: some rough times since I first envisioned
: it, especially with the regretable loss of
: two servers. But hopefully, that's all over
: for now. The site has a new home.
: There's plenty of webspace and bandwidth, a
: message board, chatroom (which comes in
: handy since Yahoo no longer provides
: chatrooms and MSN can be iffy for some), a
: gallery and a guestbook, but no blog. There
: is a News page (which I need to upload),
: There is, however, one caveat: the Fawcett
: Universe isn't for everyone. It's for
: those fans who can look at the original
: Fawcetts and the pre-Crisis On Infinite
: Earths material with a more unbias eye than
: the average fanboy, and see beyond the
: "Rah, rah DC! Rah, rah Superman!!"
: mindset that currently prevails.
: In other words, it's not for those who
: dismiss anything printed before 1986 as
: being "stoopid" or
: "Scoobydooish". You'd be surprised
: to find out just how many do.
