This chapter had all the elements Kim. From heartbreaking to heartwarming. Major Kudos to you. This chapter was worth the wait and then some.
My heart is breaking for Matt and Ellen. Ohhhh. Ellen needs to deal with these feelings she has for Kevin, but oh, poor Matt, and poor Ellen too. My girl is in a serious emotional quagmire 
. If things do work out for them, I do hope that at least she and Matt can be friends. 
Oh he is so wonderful. That song was beautiful. He's even defrosting the too cool Janice. She can see how much Mac loves Dara, and friend that she is, she can't begrudge Dara her happiness. Mac's first surprise was wonderful. I can only imagine what his other plans are for her. (And I'm imagining)
Now that Flea. How did the cabin guy get Mac's old number and why would he leave such a detailed message? He should have just said, "Call me." Fleabag is going to cause a stink. Ugh. And she's still as delusional as ever. Why would Mac call her on Valentine's Day? She needs to learn the word of prayer.
