Mac would not waste taxpayers money on security for Dara if it wasn't necessary. She was threatened by a known criminal in front to the police commissioner and the this stupid politician just want to brush it off. Sure, it's not his life. If something happens to Dara, he will be sorry. I would hate to think what Mac would do to him.
