so i got 5 automatic deductions last year (ALL of which overdrafted my account)... 2 of them were annual fees AFTER i had paid it. their automatic deduction doesnt work, i had to change my credit card info. i scheduled to cancel my account in EARLY JANUARY... its now may and they have my refund scheduled in late june. This is the 4th time theyve given me a date for the refund, and each time i have to start over... my advice would be dont sign up with ANYTHING with this scam company...
